The challenge

Org Group had grown into three distinct businesses – Advisory, BPO Management and Recruitment – but lacked a clear group narrative that connected them.

Each business served different audiences, operated with different propositions and was building equity independently. The challenge was to create a unifying brand strategy that clarified their market position, strengthened differentiation and gave employees a clearer sense of shared purpose.

What I delivered

I led the project from strategy through to execution, partnering with senior leadership to define a brand platform the business could grow behind.

This included:

  • Customer and market research to identify market gaps and opportunities
  • Interviews with clients, leadership teams and employees
  • Development and testing of multiple strategic positioning routes
  • Leadership alignment across all three business units
  • Selection and management of a specialist brand agency

Through this process, one concept emerged as the clear winner: Organisational Engineering™ – a distinctive platform that captured the group’s expertise while creating flexibility across different audiences and services.

From there, I led the rollout of the new brand, including trademarking, messaging architecture, visual identity development, a new group website and internal communications.
